We accept payments by card online.

Our focus is to get your products to you as soon as possible, depending on the area you are located and the product that you purchase, delivery could be between same day delivery to 5 days. 5 day delivery times generally pertain to outlying / rural areas.

Instead of trying to work our delivery fees into each product, we prefer to keep our product costs low, and charge separately for your delivery. We’ve partnered with some of the best courier and shipping companies so that we have piece of mind, quick and hassle free deliveries.

All our watches come with a minimum 1 year guarantee, unless stated otherwise. Please retain your invoice for guarantee purposes so that it makes the process seamless.

With regards to any other product, provided there is no blatant misuse or negligence on the clients behalf, we would be more than willing to swop out your product for a new one or refund your money.

We consider any purchase of 10 or more of one particular product a “bulk purchase”, depending on your product, delivery address and frequency, we would be willing to work out a specific deal for you. Send us an email quote request and we will get back to you with pricing.
